Mustard from the South
Side is an excellent basting sauce for grilled meat and baked
ham.
Mix ¼ cup South Side Mustard, 2 Tablespoons sugar, 2
Tablespoons vinegar, and 1 teaspoon dried dill. Slowly whisk
in 1 cup olive or vegetable oil. Us as a mop towards the end
of the cooking time to add a little "spice" to your life.
